Global ERFM’s Youth Evangelism Training program is gaining momentum as it reaches schools, colleges, and youth ministries across the nation. The initiative is designed to inspire and equip young people with the skills and boldness needed to share the gospel with their peers and communities.
The program, which was launched earlier this year, focuses on providing students and youth leaders with a comprehensive understanding of evangelism, including the biblical mandate for soul-winning, practical outreach strategies, and the use of modern tools like social media for evangelistic purposes.
Program Highlights:
- Biblical Foundation:
- The training begins with a deep dive into the biblical basis for evangelism, helping students understand the Great Commission and the role of every believer in spreading the gospel.
- Practical Evangelism Skills:
- Participants receive hands-on training in how to approach and engage people in conversations about faith. Role-playing activities, group discussions, and real-world scenarios are used to prepare students for actual outreach.
- Youth Leader Mentorship:
- Youth leaders participating in the program are paired with experienced evangelists who mentor them throughout the training process. This mentorship component helps young leaders develop the confidence to guide their peers in evangelism efforts.
- Outreach Events:
- As part of the training, students and youth leaders are given the opportunity to participate in real outreach events, including street evangelism, community service, and campus-wide outreach activities. This practical experience allows them to put their newfound skills into action.
- Digital Evangelism:
- Understanding the power of technology, the program includes a digital evangelism module, teaching participants how to use social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to share the gospel with a global audience. Youth are encouraged to create and share impactful content that speaks to their generation.
